We currently offer shipping services to the following two countries:

Shipping Method & Time
All orders are shipped via Standard International Shipping.

Order Processing Time: Your order will typically be processed and packed within 1-2 business days.

Estimated Shipping Time:

For orders to Malaysia: Estimated 3-7 business days for delivery.

For orders to the United Kingdom: Estimated 5-10 business days for delivery.

Please note that during public holidays or peak promotional periods, processing and shipping times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Fees
Regardless of the number of items purchased or the total order value, all orders incur a flat-rate shipping fee:

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your parcel’s status on our courier partner’s website. If you are a registered user, you can also log into your account to view real-time updates on your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are highly responsible for the safety of your package during transit.

Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within the estimated shipping time mentioned above, please contact our customer service team within 7 business days of the expected delivery date. We will initiate an investigation process and, upon confirmation of a lost package, arrange for a reshipment or a full refund.

Damaged Packages: If you receive a damaged package, please ensure you take clear photos (including the package exterior, damaged items, and packing materials) within 24 hours of receipt and immediately contact our customer service team. We will arrange for a return, exchange, or refund based on the extent of the damage.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For Malaysia Orders Only)
Please be aware that for orders shipped to Malaysia, additional import duties, Sales and Service Tax (SST), and customs clearance fees may apply.

Delivery Issues & Important Notes

Unsuccessful Delivery: If the courier attempts delivery unsuccessfully (e.g., no one is available to receive the package), the parcel may be returned to a local courier facility or, after several attempts, returned to our warehouse. Please closely monitor your tracking information and promptly contact the courier company or our customer service if you receive an unsuccessful delivery notification. Customers may be responsible for reshipment fees if a package is returned due to recipient-related reasons (e.g., incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts).

Incorrect Address: Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered or incur additional charges due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
